SimulateStarCameraTerrasar

This program simulates outputfileStarCamera measurements at each satellite's position for the Terrasar satellite. The inputfileOrbit must contain positions and velocities (see OrbitAddVelocityAndAcceleration). The resulting rotation matrices rotate from satellite frame to inertial frame.
